Major milestones:
– Frame the walls
– Run electrical for both outlets and lights
– Break up concrete and run the drains
– Run the plumbing
– Move support post

Detailed brake down of tasks:
– Frame walls
–> Outside wall first, with pressure treated wood for all the wood.
–> Inside wall only has the bottom plate pressure treated.
– Redo doorway into the furnace room. (need some 2x2s for a frame for the door, which will be covered in drywall)
–> Need to redo both the opening, as well as the door.
– Mark out where all the fixtures will end up, and mark out where all the drains will be,
– Buy a carbide blade to use to cut the concrete first, before breaking it with a jack-hammer
–> Toilet is straight forward.
–> Sink drain will need to be re-located in the outside wall, and tee-d off to also go to the tub.
